Objective

The Partnership’s investment objective is to provide long-term growth of capital in global markets by benefiting from the strong potential of momentum investing and the stability and downside protection of value investing.

Approach

The Partnership will achieve its investment objective by employing a long equity strategy with a global focus that combines a robust quantitative approach with fundamental value analysis and a top-down macro view. The strategy is focused on large cap stocks. The momentum component of the portfolio will seek to exploit the continuation of short term returns within a stock market by investing in stocks that continue to outperform its index for the next six (6) to twelve (12) months. The value component of the portfolio seeks investments that are priced low relative to their fundamental value in order to generate superior long-term returns. This approach relies on eleven (11) factors that are equally weighted and incorporates a macro-economic analysis to determine the fundamental value of investments.
